Grounded in her faith, Courtney leads with integrity and compassion, fostering strong relationships across the team and community. As an integral part of the team’s behind-the-scenes operations, she manages client experience, event planning, calendar and project coordination, transaction oversight, vendor partnerships, and communications. She ensures every detail runs smoothly and supports strategic initiatives that drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
